Is there parking available?
There is ample parking available for all of our customers and we have eleven dedicated parking spaces available during operating hours, otherwise there is plenty of parking available within walking distance.
Will I enjoy this?
So if you are looking for a fun, challenging and unique experience with family, friends or colleagues then this is the perfect place. We can also offer something different for team building, corporate events, stag do’s and hen parties.
How hard are the games?
Don’t worry! You don’t have to be a genius to get out the room, you just need common sense, some basic mathematics and you are ready to take on the live escape room. Out games are at various levels so check the website to choose the game with the most suitable difficulty.
Do you accomodate special occasions?
Yes we accommodate all occasions from birthdays, stag do’s, hen parties, leaving events, team building corporate events and anything else.
How long do we play and what hours are you open?
Escaping the room can take up to 60 minutes and our opening times are displayed below:
Monday-Friday: 10.00am – 9pm
Weekends/Bank Holidays: 09:30am – 9pm

What is your cancellation policy?
You are able to cancel your game at any time before you are due to play however, please be aware that there will be an administration charge of £20 per slot if you cancel or amend it after booking.
Please be sure that you can attend before placing your order. If you are late for your booking, please be aware that your game will be cut short. We are unable to allow games to run over due to running a tight schedule to ensure everyones game is on time. Please ensure you are on time and ready to play!
Where are you located?
We are based just on the outskirts of Worcester city centre which is just a 7 minute drive from the M5 junction 7. We are also located just a 4 minute walk away from Worcester Forgate Street train station which is easily accessible from all main train lines. Will I be scared and am I safe?
Escape rooms are designed for fun and although can be mentally challenging. You will be completely safe and is not designed to scare you. All of our live escape games are closely monitored by staff so you are completely safe. You will be able to communicate with the Game Master. Panic (emergency) button is also in place.
How do I pay?
You can pay for your live escape game online by PayPal, Credit/Debit Card or Gift vouchers. Alternatively you can pay on arrival. Please note there is a surcharge for a payment on arrival. Non-refundable deposit may be requested
How many games do you have?
We have 7 live escape games, The Abandoned Submarine, Alice in Worcesterland, Mysterious Castle, Crazy Scientist II, The Virus Man, The Bomb Disposal and Kings Never Die. We have a game to suit everyone whether you are looking for adventure, crime or magic! Our games are suitable for experts and beginners. Are the games wheelchair accessible?
Very few aspects of the live escape game require physical movements but we do advise that at least one member of the teams does not have mobility problems. No clues require the ability to hear but a sound will be made on occasions to alert people to clues so it is advisable to have one member of the team who can hear. The majority of clues and puzzles are visual ones.
What is the recommended number of players?
Our live escape game rooms are designed to accommodate up to 6 people dependant on which of the escape game you book. Crazy Scientist II is a maximum of 6 players per game. 2 people are the minimum required. For a better chance to get out the room, we would recommend teams of 4-6 players. You can amend your booking to add players if you wish, just contact us to do this and we will change you accordingly.

Can I record my game?
Please note that we do not allow any photos, video recording or voice recordings as we want everyone to have the same experience when taking part in our live escape games. Phones are not allowed in the room.
Who will be in the room?
No one else will be in the room with you, just you and your team!
How long is my gift voucher valid?
Gift Vouchers are valid 12 months after the purchase date
